Key responsibilities:

Manage and execute tasks within the Order-to-Cash cycle.

Utilize ERP systems for transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

Support process improvements and data analysis related to cash applications and collections.

This is a remote position.

Minimum 3 years of Experience in the OrdertoCash (O2C) cycle, including cash applications, dispute resolution, billing, andor collections. o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modelling. o Good communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and client. o Basic knowledge in navigating through ERP platforms, such as SAP and Oracle, for transaction processing, account reconciliation, and reporting.
