This is a remote position.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone with strong full-cycle recruitment experience and long-term aspirations to grow into a Head of HR or Talent Acquisition Lead role.
As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end hiring process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to build a pipeline of skilled candidates proactively and fulfill hiring needs quickly and effectively.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to final placement and onboarding.
Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies based on detailed client role intake discussions.
Own the Just-in-Time recruitment process, ensuring candidates are placed within 5–10 business days after contract signing.
Build and maintain segmented virtual pipelines of pre-vetted candidates across key roles, including Admin, Marketing, Bookkeeping, and Social Media.
Continuously source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, online databases, and referrals.
Rapidly match available talent to active role requirements, ensuring quality and speed of placement.
Post, update, and manage job ads across platforms such as Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, and others.
Present 2–3 high-quality, pre-screened candidates to clients per role within agreed timeframes.
Coordinate client interviews, manage candidate feedback, and facilitate the offer and acceptance process.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure candidate data is current and compliant with hiring policies.
Track and report recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and placement timelines weekly.
Support employer branding efforts and deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience.
Regularly review and update recruitment SOPs and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a remote or agency environment
Proven success in Just-in-Time hiring and maintaining virtual talent pipelines
Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, and other relevant databases
Familiarity with virtual staffing roles and offshore hiring best practices, especially within the Philippines market
Must be based in the Philippines and comfortable working in a fully remote setup
Experience sourcing talent in India is a plus
Background or exposure to HR functions, onboarding, or employee engagement is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Demonstrated initiative and ambition to grow into a senior HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations leadership role
Proficiency in Slack, Hubstaff, Testify and Google Workspace
