xScion Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Project Lead Sensitivity Classification & DLP Implementation to join our dynamic team, focusing on orchestrating the end‑to‑end delivery of the Microsoft Purview solution—managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications to ensure a successful implementation and smooth transition to operations.


As a Project Lead, You Will:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed implementation plan in Microsoft Planner: define work streams, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
  • Serve as primary liaison with PCAOB procurement, IT, and compliance teams; facilitate governance and decision‑making forums.
  • Coordinate xScion’s technical and DLP experts; ensure on‑time delivery of design artifacts, test plans, and user‑acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and changecontrol processes; escalate as needed.
  • Lead training strategy and change‑management activities: schedule workshops, oversee production of user guides, FAQs, and admin documentation.
  • Track progress against SLA metrics; deliver regular status reports and executive briefings.
  • Manage resource utilization and billing—ensuring alignment to proposed hours, rates, and expense projections.
  • Facilitate vendor references and case‑study presentations per RFP requirements.


    • To Be Successful, You Need:

      • Permanent Residency or US Citizenship
      • PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
      • 7+ years managing medium‑to‑large IT security or compliance implementations, with 2+ Microsoft PurviewDLP projects.
      • Strong experience using Microsoft Planner (or similar tools) to build and track project plans.
      • Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication, and facilitation skills.
      • Proven ability to manage hybridcloud security projects within regulated environments.
        • Desired Skills (Plus Points):

          • Familiarity with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) audit requirements and FedRAMPFISMA controls.
          • Working knowledge of AgileScrum methodologies.
          • Experience authoring RFP responses and leading vendor selection processes.
