The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their businesssensitive systems.

We are seeking an experienced and securityoriented System Administrator to join our IT team. Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and securing our organization’s infrastructure, with a strong focus on networking, virtualization, and firewall administration. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as this role involves frequent interaction with internal users and crossfunctional teams.

Responsibilities:

● Manage and monitor internal infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and firewalls.

● Administer and maintain systems such as VMwareHyperV and backup solutions.

● Configure and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) with a focus on security best practices.

● Apply security patches, hardening procedures, and proactively monitor for threats and vulnerabilities.

● Respond to technical system support tickets and incidents in a timely and customerfocused manner.

● Document system configurations, processes, and procedures clearly and accurately.

● Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

● Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in a systemnetwork administration role.

● Handson experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperV).

● Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware.

● Proficiency in managing firewalls.

● Strong knowledge of security best practices and system hardening techniques.

● Familiarity with Microsoft andor Linux server environments.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking.

● Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and security awareness.

● Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

● Collaborative team player with strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

● Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

● Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
