    • As the Brand Manager Premium Wine for Pinnacle Drinks, you will drive growth for our premium wine portfolio via developing and implementing annual brand plans.

      This role leverages deep category knowledge, customer insight and commercial acumen to create compelling brand narratives, guide innovation, and deliver marketrelevant campaigns. As a key brand custodian, the Brand Manager will ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners to elevate brand presence and performance in a competitive, dynamic market.

      The role is integral to planning activities such as product launches, promotional activities, advertising, PR and events as agreed with the Senior Marketing Manager Premium and Trade Planning. The role includes the tracking of results, conducting ad hoc consumer research, and managing ongoing engagement and communications across the Endeavour Drinks organisation, including Endeavour Marketing.

      Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

      • Develop strategic plans for brands in collaboration with Business Development, Retailers and Winemaking.
      • Analyse and build architecture across brands utilising customer and commercial knowledge.
      • Development of three year NPD approach.
      • Work with the winemaking team to develop and align brand styles and credentials.
      • Brand health tracking, monitor category, segment and consumer trends.
      • Lead and Implement annual brand plans.
      • Develop supporting content, strategies and information to support our brands in international markets.
      • Attend key distributor and customer meetings to present our brands.
      • Develop Media Agency briefs to effectively develop and implement campaigns.
      • Effectively coordinate and execute the media strategy accurately, to schedule and within budget
      • Support portfolio development by working with the retail brand teams, Sourcing and Business Development teams to deliver NPD and brand refreshes aligned to category pillars.
      • Lead and implement successful product launches by working with the Business Development and Sourcing teams to manage NPD communication to all channels.
      • Manage the budget for Pinnacle Drinks owned brands.
      • Effective communication and collaboration between Pinnacle Wine and the Retail brand teams.
      • Efficient relationships with agency partners to deliver desired outcomes.
      • Ensure regular and effective communication with the Pinnacle Drinks business team.
        • Qualifications

          Now let’s talk about you:

          • Postgraduate degree in Marketing.
          • At least 5 years experience in wine marketing.
          • Ability to think strategically and ‘outside the box’.
          • G Suite capability (particularly Sheets and Slides).
          • Strong business acumen.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
          • Retail FMCG experience is preferred.
          • Ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders and external supplier relationships.
