💼 The Role

This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing tailored outbound sales campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle using CorePlan's methodology, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and customers. Staying informed on industry trends, attending customer-facing events, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation are key.

📋 What You’ll Do

Customer Acquisition

  • Prospect and qualify new leads using CorePlan's target list and industry expertise

  • Develop and run outbound campaigns, deliver presentations, and tailor demos to each prospect

  • Use our sales methodology from first contact through to contract and closure

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech

  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer-facing events as needed

Reporting & Documentation

  • Keep systems and registers accurate and up to date

  • Produce reports and playbooks as needed

  • Gather feedback and align with stakeholders to ensure commercial and business viability

Teamwork & Culture

  • Collaborate with the CorePlan team to ensure smooth operations and a fun, results-driven environment

✅ What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

  • Additional training or certifications in sales, CRM tools, or SaaS platforms is a plus

  • Exposure to mining, drilling, or heavy industries is highly regarded
