Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality customer support to Spanishspeaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product information.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and manage records effectively.
  • Collaborate with banking operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Educate customers about banking procedures, policies, and new offerings to support informed banking decisions.
  • Collect feedback from clients to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
      • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
      • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
