  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Stay wellinformed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide credible assistance.
  • Propose ideas for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
