Responsibilities
  • Assist Spanishspeaking users through various channels including email, live chat, and phone, effectively addressing their inquiries and issues regarding the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to accounts and platform usage in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance on how users can best navigate and utilize the platform.
  • Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Work in cooperation with other teams to highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on platform developments and new features to offer accurate support.
  • Perform followup communications with users to confirm their satisfaction with the assistance received.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
      • Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially within an online service environment.
      • Strong technical skills and knowledge of online platforms and their functionalities.
      • Effective problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.
      • Ability to work autonomously and deliver highquality service in a multifaceted environment.
