Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to Spanishspeaking partners using various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address partner inquiries and resolve issues related to our services promptly.
  • Guide partners on product features and updates to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings.
  • Document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proactively follow up with partners to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance support services.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
      • Experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and a solid understanding of IT systems.
      • Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Ability to build positive relationships with partners.
      • Experience with CRM systems and support tools is beneficial.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
