Responsibilities
  • Provide topnotch support to Spanishspeaking business clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client requests related to business services, account management, and organizational assistance.
  • Identify and implement effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.
  • Accurately document all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot complex business inquiries and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the companys business services and products to adequately assist clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine skills and improve service level.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
      • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a business or corporate context.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client service.
      • Ability to solve problems effectively while managing multiple client needs.
