This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and are eager to assist Spanishspeaking clients with their inquiries and support needs in a friendly and effective manner.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to Spanishspeaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record and maintain all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and improve overall customer experience.
  • Suggest improvements to the support process based on customer feedback and experiences.
  • Keep informed about product updates to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
