Experience developing or enforcing online harm and safety policies., Strong understanding of balancing Member safety, product integrity, and freedom of expression., Ability to collaborate across disciplines such as Legal, Engineering, Support, GRC, and Product., Deep respect for consent, inclusion, and emotional nuance in safety enforcement..

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve enforcement policies to protect Members from harm.
  • Build and maintain scalable safety reporting, moderation, and signals systems.
  • Partner with GRC and Legal to ensure compliance and support case handling.
  • Lead development of a Member-facing Safety Portal and translate legal obligations into product changes.

You will be responsible for designing and governing the systems, policies, and signals that protect Feeld Members from harm—across the app, support processes, and realworld interactions—while partnering crossfunctionally to embed safety into the Feeld product experience.
