Job Summary:

The Instructional Designer for RailPros Training and Media Services group contributes to the design and development of innovative, effective training programs for our clients. This role works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), fellow instructional designers, and content creators to develop learning solutions that promote regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and workforce development. Success in this position requires both independent initiative and strong collaboration skills.
