    • About the Role

      The System Analyst – SAP SCM will deliver bestinclass services for a complex SAP system landscape. You will be part of the Global Digital Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting, evaluating, designing and deploying Supply Chain processes and systems.

      The System Analyst – SAP SCM will support the globally with focus on North America region Digital supply chain operations, growth, standardization, stabilization, expansion and consolidation. This position will be based in Mexico that have regionally biggest portion of manufacturing and supply chain operations Automotive division.

      This position has a deep impact on the complete Harman Supply chain process and systems. This role will interact with different organizational levels from Regional and Plant Directors to end users

      What You Will Do

      • This position will be responsible for coordinating new SAP implementations, enhancements and provide end users support regionally or within the Americas time zone.
      • As a System Analyst – SAP SCM, you will lead the analysis of current business needs to anticipate and provide solutions for according with business requirements based the current SAP landscape (MM, SAP WM, SAP PUR, SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP ARIBA).
      • Work with IT and External personnel to troubleshoot problems and resolve service requests related to Digital Supply Chain Systems and Services (mainly SAP).
      • Write functional – technical specificationsrequirements and work with our ABAP team to achieve changes developments and deploy of them, development of training material, process documentations and organization of training courses.
      • Estimate solution’s effort and schedules for projects and initiatives.
      • Suggests options and recommend solutions to key business users for continuous improvement in daily business operations.
      • Work with internal Digital supply chain resources and external vendors during project assignments.
      • Knowledge sharing with key users and SMEs from business and SCM teams.
      • This role requires leadership, change orientation, excellent collaboration and customer service skills.
        • What You Need to Be Successful

          • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field.
          • Demonstrated experience (> 7 years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multilocation organization.
          • Must have knowledge and understanding of SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP PP and PPDS, SAP PM.
          • 5 Years’ Experience in handling vendor and contractors’ teams.
          • Excellent analytical, organizational and problemsolving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
          • A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
          • Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
          • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
          • Demonstrated experience managing customerfacing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.
          • Strong Industry experience at any of the following Industries: Automotive, Electronic Consumer Products, High Technology.
          • SAP4 Hana experience.
            • Bonus Points if You Have

              • SAP Module certification.
              • Having SAP ME, SD, EDI, ABAP or SAP Ariba knowledge is a big +.
              • Ariba cloud implementation experience.
              • BI and Analytics experience.
              • Project management related certifications (PMO, Agile, Scrum).
              • Confluence or Jira Knowledge.
              • Formal Problemsolving training or certifications.
                • What Makes You Eligible

                  • Be willing to travel up to 15%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel.
                  • Be willing to work in an office, manufacturing facility in Juarez or Queretaro Mexico or
                  • Be willing to work in a remote environment and travel when required to the main offices in Mexico
                  • Successfully completing a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
