This is an opportunity for those interested in the field of HR and enjoy helping others succeed!

As a HR Generalist, you’ll...
… be advising and supporting employees and managers from all countries across Baltics and Nordics with HR related issues via live chat and our ticketing tool (ServiceNow), using our HRIS system tool (Workday). At the same time as growing your expertise in the field of HR, you will also be involved in additional assignments within our common services area. You will be participating in our employees’ onboarding journey and helping our colleagues with support in additional areas of HR, such as employee and organizational master data, reporting and other.

Who were looking for

The suitable candidate is someone with a strong interest in Human Resources and a drive to develop their expertise within the field. They enjoy supporting others and approach challenges with a solutionoriented and proactive mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English (B2 and above), and a customercentric attitude will be key working with our internal stakeholders. Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with Workday are considered advantages.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1720 1900Eur before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
