This position is located in the ÎledeFrance HautsdeFrance region and offers the flexibility of remote work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As part of a dynamic team, your role combines managing and developing the regional partnerdistributor sales and service network, as well as actively working directly with enduser clients. This dual approach aims to maximize market coverage and commercial performance.
  • You are responsible for supporting the technical solutions (frequency converters and services) offered by the Danfoss Group through direct promotion to end users to stimulate demand and ensure partnership success.
  • You are the main point of contact for the regional sales partner, providing support and driving commercial activities to promote and develop product and service sales within the distribution network.
  • In close cooperation with the sales, technical teams, and the Sales Director, your mission is to promote Danfoss’s unique value proposition and support the regional sales partner across the HautsdeFrance, IledeFrance, and Normandy regions.
  • You play a key role in achieving growth objectives in this market.
  • In line with the company’s sales policy, you will manage, drive, and expand the enduser client portfolio through the regional partner.
    • What Were Looking For

      • You have more than 5 years of successful commercial experience in the industrial sector, preferably selling technical products in the electrical field, and possess solid technical knowledge of products such as electrical drive systems andor frequency converter.
      • You have a bachelors degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.
      • With a team spirit, you are decisive, have a positive attitude, and can influence and navigate among internal and external stakeholders within a global matrix environment.
      • You are recognized for your flexibility and ability to communicate at all level.
      • You are passionate about product and application technology, innovation, and the energy transition. Autonomous and organized, you manage your activity using CRM tools, monitor, and analyze your results to define your action plans.
      • You have a strong interest in customer relations and satisfaction. Your commitment, perseverance, and motivation will enable you to join a leading company experiencing strong market growth.
      • Proficiency in English and French is required.
      • Ability to travel is required.
