Adjunct Faculty

Rasmussen University

This course is the study of the theories, principles, and applications of corporate finance. It emphasizes and integrates analytical frameworks with the decisionmaking process. Topics covered will be ratio analysis, time value of money, capital structure, capital budgeting, and net working capital management. This course will prepare students to apply appropriate quantitative methodologies to optimize shareholder value.
