This role focuses on creating howto content for troubleshooting through infographics, animated videos, microlearning modules, and quickreference learning assets.

    • What youll be doing:

      • Assist the Manager in developing effective and efficient client training processes and procedures

      • Training new and existing Clario staff on customer training delivery procedures and best practices

      • Training Content Development that facilitates gathering customer and site training requirements for all studies

      • Creates and coordinates the production of raw content to be used in the creation of eLearning.

      • Collaborates closely with subject matter experts, management, customer care, and various crossfunctional teams

      • Designs curriculum for specific training programs related to product, project, and protocolspecific training deliverables

      • Schedule and conduct trainings via web

      • Design and develop new technical product training courses and resources for customers

      • Work with subject matter experts on course design and content

      • Manage activities surrounding needs assessment, design and preparation of technical training

      • Work with Engineering & Product Management to integrate new featuresfunctionality into curriculums

      • Assist with creating and managing the technical training content repository

      • Assist with creating reproducible practices and processes to support new product launches and updates.

        • What we look for:

          • Bachelors degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry

          • 12 years of experience designing and developing technical course materials using proven instructional design methodologies

          • Experience in Adobe Animate, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, InDesign, Document360, understanding technical specifications

          • Knowledge of eLearning solutions for software application training

          • Experience developing content suited for multiple delivery channels (instructorled, online virtual, and selfpaced eLearning and microlearning)

          • Ability to create and maintain multiple courses simultaneously

          • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a timesensitive environment

          • Strong training skills, i.e., able to determine appropriate training methodology based on identified needs

          • Strong graphic design skills

          • Experience in content management, file management, and version control

          • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

          • Excellent decision making, analytical and problemsolving skills

          • Track record of cross functional collaboration

          • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish, and working effectively with external vendors as needed

            • Nice to Have:

              • Experience in creating and managing rapid training engagement processes, including adaptive training plans and timelines (preferred)

              • Experience in eLearning Instructional Design (ID) (preferred)

              • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry training methodologies (preferred)

              • Ability to learn technical products quickly using prerelease documentation and software (preferred)

              • Utilizing virtual delivery platforms such as Adobe Connect (preferred)

              • eLearning or trainingrelated professional certifications (a plus)

              • Track record of implementing successful global programs (preferred)

              • eLearning development with Adobe eLearning Studio & Adobe Captivate (preferred)

              • Experience implementing Learning Management and Content Management solutions (preferred)

              • Proficient in courseauthoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, Captivate)

              • Knowledge in design tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

              • Experience creating videobased training content andor training animations to enhance learner engagement and clarify complex concepts
