Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a Field Service Representative, Supervisor to support our Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) efforts in Crane, Indiana. This role blends deep subject matter expertise in military ground vehicles with daytoday team leadership, administrative oversight, and a strong focus on recordkeeping and operational excellence.

Program Summary:

Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) is a crucial element within the operations of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) and Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA).

NSWC is a vital shore command of the U.S. Navy specializing in three key areas: Expeditionary Warfare, Strategic Missions, and Electronic Warfare. The application of CBM+ within NSWC Crane helps ensure the reliability and availability of the complex military systems they support, including design, development, and sustainment.
