Revenue Operations Analyst
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and driving growth through datadriven insights.
Youll help develop and maintain the reporting frameworks that enable our business growth, while providing critical insights and analytics that inform strategic decisionmaking. Youll leverage cuttingedge AI technologies to augment your analyses, uncover deeper insights, facilitate accurate and timely data and accelerate datadriven decision making. Working closely with crossfunctional partners, youll implement scalable processes and support standardization across GTM approaches and analytics.
**This role will follow a U.S. shift pattern and is fully remote. Candidates must be available to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM UK time (BST).**
Responsibilities: - Create and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks and cadence to track and measure GTM wide KPIs.

- Support the design and implementation of data infrastructure that enables the GTM teams to better understand their books of business from top of funnel to post sales customer support.

- Provide analytics and insights on funnel performance, winloss trends, opportunity progression, and customer health

- Assist with board deck analytics and executive summary creation.

- Build sales capacity and annual planning models with scenarios outlining bookings, cost, headcount, ramp and productivity assumptions to determine investment requirements, bookings and productivity targets.

- Design unique and balanced sales territories aligned with the output of segmentation and fiscal budgets, with quota fully and fairly allocated across territories.

- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our customer and prospect database, focusing on scoring methodology review, segmentation strategy analysis and data quality enrichment.

- Analyze critical revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across sales, marketing, and customer success.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and crossfunctional teams.

- Support sales, customer success and finance teams with pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

- Implement and maintain data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of revenue data.

Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business, Analytics, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment with strong business acumen and ability to execute quickly

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)

- Are passionate about integrating and using AI to uncover new insights and work more efficiently

- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce required) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), including handson configuration to support evolving workflows and reporting requirements.

- Demonstrated experience with revenue operations tools and systems (e.g. Gong, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

- Can effectively frame decisions and contribute a strategic point of view on improving and scaling the business
