Fulltime 8am to 5pm
US business hours

#### Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, youll be the first point of contact for property owners who have experienced storm damage, helping them understand how their insurance can cover necessary repairs and scheduling free assessments. This role combines meaningful work helping disaster victims with excellent earning potential through performancebased commissions. Youll receive comprehensive training directly from company leadership and have the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization that values direct
communication and employee development.

#### Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners and vehicle owners in stormaffected areas using targeted contact lists
Follow proven scripts and processes to explain hail damage repair services in a consultative manner
Schedule qualified appointments for both automotive and residential damage assessments
Guide property owners through understanding their insurance claim options and coverage
Participate in regular Zoom training sessions with company management for continuous skill development
Meet performance targets to qualify for lucrative commission opportunities beyond base salary
Maintain detailed records of calls and appointments in company systems

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or highvolume phonebased roles
Ability to work fulltime during US Central Time business hours
Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly with distressed property owners
Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn industryspecific knowledge about storm damage and insurance processes
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone conversations
