Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media platforms including posting, scheduling, and content creation
  • Conduct lead generation research through LinkedIn and industry publications to identify creative directors and potential clients
  • Create engaging, viral, and trending social media content
  • Handle community engagement including proactively reaching out to influencers and joining relevant groups
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Navigator to establish connections and send targeted messages
  • Execute Google paid advertising campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation
  • Respond to social media messages and manage online community interactions
  • Participate in daily team calls at 9:30 AM Singapore time
  • Integrate fully with your existing team structure and company culture



    • Requirements


      • Experience with both organic and paid social media marketing across multiple platforms
      • Proficiency in Google Ads and payperclick advertising
      • Sample portfolio required​
      • Strong LinkedIn marketing and outreach capabilities
      • Ability to create engaging visual and written content
      • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
      • Strategic thinking skills to provide recommendations rather than just execute tasks
      • Strong research skills for lead generation activities
      • Excellent communication skills for community engagement
      • Ability to work Singapore time zone hours
