This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries about tour packages, itineraries, destinations, and travelrelated services.
Provide clear, friendly, and timely communication through email, chat, or phone.
Assist in organizing and maintaining updated travel information, promotional packages, and frequently asked questions.
Coordinate with internal teams or thirdparty providers for information on travel offerings.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries for future reference.
Escalate more complex issues to senior travel agents or supervisors as necessary.
Qualifications:
At least 12 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistance, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with global destinations and tour packages is a plus.
Highly organized, detailoriented, and techsavvy.
Able to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
