Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Travel VA, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to travel and tour packages. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely responses. As a senior team member, you will also take the lead in training and supporting junior VAs as the team expands.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries about available travel and tour packages via email, chat, and phone

  • Provide professional and timely customer support with a high level of accuracy and empathy

  • Guide clients in selecting suitable travel options based on their interests and budget

  • Assist in preparing sales materials and travel package overviews

  • Collaborate with team leaders to refine customer service scripts, processes, and documentation

  • Train and mentor newly onboarded VAs to ensure quality service and adherence to company standards

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to junior team members when needed

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support






    • Requirements
      Qualifications:
      • At least 5 years of minimum experience in the travel industry, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant capacity

      • Strong customer service background, particularly in tour and travel package support

      • Leadership skills and experience training or mentoring others

      • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

      • Highly organized, with great attention to detail and problemsolving skills

      • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

      • Techsavvy and comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and communication tools




        • Salary:

          PHP 55K
