This is a remote position.
As a Senior Travel VA, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to travel and tour packages. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely responses. As a senior team member, you will also take the lead in training and supporting junior VAs as the team expands.
Respond to customer inquiries about available travel and tour packages via email, chat, and phone
Provide professional and timely customer support with a high level of accuracy and empathy
Guide clients in selecting suitable travel options based on their interests and budget
Assist in preparing sales materials and travel package overviews
Collaborate with team leaders to refine customer service scripts, processes, and documentation
Train and mentor newly onboarded VAs to ensure quality service and adherence to company standards
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to junior team members when needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
At least 5 years of minimum experience in the travel industry, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant capacity
Strong customer service background, particularly in tour and travel package support
Leadership skills and experience training or mentoring others
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Highly organized, with great attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Techsavvy and comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and communication tools
