Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview :

We are looking for a Senior INOW Functional Tester with strong experience in the Insurance domain, specifically Claims processing, to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for endtoend functional testing of INOW applications, validating workflows, integrations, and business rules within the Claims lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to Claims processes

Design and execute comprehensive functional test cases in INOW

Validate Claimsrelated workflows, data mapping, and rules configuration

Perform system, integration, and regression testing for INOW applications

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of testing progress, defects, and risks

Support UAT and assist in issue reproduction and root cause analysis

Participate in sprint planning and QA estimation activities

Required Skills:

Strong functional testing experience in INOW (Innovation Group’s Insurance Platform)

Solid understanding of Claims lifecycle in Casualty and E&S Causalty insurance

Handson experience with test case design, execution, and defect management

Good understanding of policyclaims integration, business rules, and workflows in INOW

Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Zephyr

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Java) is a plus
