Guidewire Billing Center Tech Lead

Serve as the technical lead for Guidewire BillingCenter development initiatives.

Design, configure, and develop custom solutions within the GW BC framework.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver highquality solutions.

Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to BillingCenter.

Support daytoday operations and ensure system stability during the core support window: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CT.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes.

Requirements




• 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years in Guide wire BillingCenter development.
  

• Strong handson experience in Guide wire Gosu programming and BillingCenter configurationintegration.
  

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver solutions on time.
  

• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud or onprem implementations.
  

• Solid understanding of billing processes in the P&C insurance domain.
  

• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  

• Preferred Qualifications:
  

  • Guidewire certification in BillingCenter (Developer or Architect level).
    

  • Experience working with AgileScrum methodologies.
    

  • Exposure to other Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter) is a plus.
    

  • Experience with integration tools, APIs, and DevOps practices
