Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview :

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Varicent ICM solutions.

Validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations within Varicent.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency.

Participate in release planning and provide QA estimates and timelines.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during testing.
