Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Freelance Network Voice Trainer to deliver technical training sessions to individuals or corporate teams. The trainer should be capable of simplifying complex VoIP and unified communication systems with practical, handson teaching strategies.


Key Skills Required

  • Voice over IP (VoIP) – SIP, RTP, H.323, MGCP

  • Unified Communications – Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Voice, Avaya

  • Cisco Voice Technologies – CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration

  • Networking Fundamentals – TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, QoS

  • Call Manager & Call Control Protocols – CUCM, CME, CUBE

  • IP Telephony Solutions – Configuration, troubleshooting & optimization

  • Training Delivery – Strong instructional & communication skills

  • Handson Labs – GNS3, Cisco Packet Tracer, or realtime equipment

  • Corporate Training Experience (preferred)
