Job description

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Power BI Dataflows and datasets to support scalable reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation and governance practices.
  • Use Power Query and DAX to transform and model data effectively.
  • Monitor and schedule Power BI refreshes and troubleshoot performance or access issues.
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting support across teams.
  • Document report logic, data sources, and user guides to ensure transparency and ease of adoption.

    • Requirements
      • 510 years of experience working in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
      • Strong expertise in Power BI – including dashboards, reports, DAX, Power Query, and visual storytelling.
      • Proven experience using Power BI Dataflows and understanding data model design principles.
      • Experience in connecting and working with multiple data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, APIs).
      • Solid understanding of relational databases and data transformation techniques.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
