SUMMARY

Responsible for coordination of projects, tracking orders and follow up on details of the project from start to finish.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, must have experience working in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database systems
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, proven organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills
  • Keen attention to detail and strong timemanagement.
    • Preferred:

      • Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, PlanGrid
        • ESSENTIAL DUTIES

          • Distribution & tracking of submittals and change orders with approved timelines.
          • Set up project platforms (Plangrid, Smartsheet) and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
          • Create close out documents for assigned projects as well as schedule and coordinate startups and Owner trainings.
          • Report to internal team OCIP, CCIP and Public Works document compliance with subcontractors.
          • Perform other duties as assigned.
