Product Owner

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for a SaaS platform or enterprise software;
• Solid understanding of platform architecture and shared services: authentication, permissions, data models, workflows, and crosscutting UIUX concerns;
• Demonstrated experience working within AgileSCRUM environments, with ownership of full backlog lifecycle;
• Comfortable working with engineers, architects, and QA teams on highly technical product features;
• Familiarity with enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is strongly preferred; ITGRC experience is a plus;
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make prioritisation decisions based on business impact, technical complexity, and stakeholder input;
• Track record of shipping stable, scalable, and useraligned features to production;
• Clear, confident communicator able to talk to technical and business stakeholders with confidence;
• Skilled collaborator who works effectively across disciplines and geographies;
• Pragmatic and analytical, you can navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with imperfect information;
• Empathetic toward end users, implementation teams, and developers alike;
• Resultsfocused, detailoriented, and organized under pressure.
