    • We’re now hiring a Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising strategy and help scale our visibility, lead generation, and direct sales across all brands.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, FacebookInstagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
      • Manage a combined monthly ad budget of $10,000+, across multiple brands and countries.
      • Lead traffic acquisition and conversion strategies across English and Spanishspeaking markets (French a plus).
      • Create and maintain campaign structures, split testing, audience segmentation, and creative variations.
      • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce scrollstopping ads.
      • Set up and monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.), and produce weekly and monthly reports.
      • Implement pixel tracking, conversion events, UTM structures, and retargeting funnels.
      • Coordinate with the webCRM team to ensure landing page alignment and lead followup workflows.
      • Stay up to date with platform changes, performance trends, and new ad formats.

        • Requirements

          • 3 to 5 years of experience in Paid Media Management.
          • Proven track record managing $10,000+mo in ad spend across Google and Meta platforms.
          • Fluent in English, proficient in Spanish (written + verbal); French is a plus.
          • Deep knowledge of paid acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
          • Certified in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint (TikTok and LinkedIn Ads certifications are a plus).
          • Highly analytical and autonomous: you make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
          • Experience managing multibrand or multimarket campaigns is a big advantage.
          • Familiarity with Airbnb, corporate housing, real estate, or lifestylehospitality industries is a plus.
