We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Integration Platform team within our R&D, Data & Ecosystem Platform subdivision.

The Integration Platform team is focused on building a robust, scalable, and intelligent platform that enables seamless data and workflow integration across various healthcare systems and partners.
We aim to empower provider groups, Payers, partners, and other health care entities with the tools and infrastructure needed to exchange data securely and reliably, enabling better collaboration and insights across the healthcare ecosystem.
Your role will be to build enterprisegrade applications and services hosted in the cloud, with a strong emphasis on complex integrations, scalability, and system stability. You’ll help us achieve our mission of becoming the backbone of healthcare by enhancing our cloudbased EHR solutions and leveraging the power of our network of over 100,000 providers. Job Responsibilities
· People Management & Development: Lead, mentor, coach, and support the career growth of individual engineers through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
· Hiring & Team Building: Actively recruit, interview, and onboard new engineering talent to grow and strengthen the team.
· Project Planning & Prioritization: Collaborate with product and other stakeholders to define project scope, set realistic timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Project Execution & Delivery: Oversee the teams progress, remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure the timely and highquality delivery of software solutions.
· Technical Guidance & Quality: Provide architectural input, ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards, and maintain the technical quality and integrity of the teams output.
· Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows, development methodologies (e.g., Agile practices), and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· CrossFunctional Communication: Act as the primary communication bridge between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear information flow and stakeholder alignment.
· Team Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment that motivates engineers, encourages innovation, and ensures psychological safety.
· Budget & Resource Management: Strategically allocate engineering resources and contribute to planning related to technology investments and costs.
· Strategic Input & Innovation: Contribute to the overall product and technology roadmap, identify opportunities for technical innovation, and guide the team in exploring new approaches.
Typical Qualifications
· 8+ Years of Software Development Experience: A solid foundation in handson engineering is crucial.
· 3+ Years of Direct People Management Experience: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop individual engineers
· Strong Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and relevant technologies, enabling credible technical guidance to the team.
· Demonstrated Project Delivery & Execution: A track record of successfully planning, delivering, and maintaining complex software projects on time and to a high standard.
· Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Expertise in applying Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team workflows and delivery.
· Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, manage conflict, and build strong relationships across all levels and functions.
· Experience in Hiring & Team Building: Proven ability to attract, recruit, and onboard highperforming engineering talent, and to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
· ProblemSolving & Strategic Thinking: Capability to diagnose complex technical and organizational issues, develop effective solutions, and align team efforts with broader business objectives.
· Leadership & Mentorship: A passion for guiding and growing engineers careers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
· Bachelors degree in computer science or Related Field: Foundational academic knowledge in engineering principles. (Or equivalent practical experience).
