Job Description

AI Software support engineer to help with customer deployments and do customer 0 activities

  • A Customer 0 Support Engineer for AI plays a crucial role in evaluating AI solutions from the perspective of the first customer (i.e., Customer 0). This position involves validating implementations internally, ensuring feature stability, usability, and scalability before public rollout.
  • Provide Tier 12 technical support for customer deployments.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge bases and helpdesk resources
  • Engage with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Qualifications

      Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering and technology, or related field.

      At least 34 years of experience in working with Customer enabling and AI products

      Experience deploying AI products on the edge

      Additional Information

      For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $119,130 $178,690 Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
