- Manage projects and sub-projects related to S/4HANA conversions, mainly in the manufacturing industry.
- Act as an interface between customer IT teams and Nagarro's Conversion Factory.
- Participate in presales activities, including proposal development and customer presentations.
- Contribute to the development of the Conversion Factory's methods and tools.

Job Description
- Project subproject management in S4HANA conversion projects, primarily in the upper midmarket, manufacturing industry
- Interface function between customer IT and the internal Nagarro Conversion Factory
- Participation in presales activities: Proposal preparation & customer presentations
- Codesign of the Conversion Factory active further development of delivery methods and tools
Qualifications
Professional & technical requirements
- >5 years of experience in the SAP environment (consulting, architecture, project management)
- Experience with S4HANA conversions (system conversion, shell conversion with SLO technology (SDT)
- Knowhow in cutover management
- Familiar with the SAP product strategy and motivated to drive it forward
- IT architecture knowledge & understanding of platform strategies
- Technicalfunctional understanding of SAP
Methodology & soft skills
- Experience with project management methods (classic & agile)
- Strong communication skills, initiative, customer orientation
- International experience and collaboration with multicultural teams
- Willingness to continuously develop
- Language skills: German (business fluent), English (fluent)
