Job Description

We are looking for a Software Trainer who will be a key part of our team, partnering with software developers and program leadership in a fastpaced, missiondriven environment. You will design and deliver impactful training programs that help our clients confidently use our software solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead advanced training sessions on our software products and collaboration tools
  • Develop and customize training materials for different applications and user needs
  • Set up and manage training environments to ensure smooth sessions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to training equipment and software
  • Provide userfocused feedback on new software features and updates
  • Work with the team to define training requirements and enhance program content
  • Keep training materials up to date with the latest software updates
  • Travel as needed to conduct inperson training and presentations across the United States and occasionally internationally

      Must Haves

      • Ability to mentor new trainers and support onboarding
      • Strong skills in gathering and using feedback to improve training effectiveness
      • Experience maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
      • Commitment to developing inclusive and accessible training for diverse end users
      • A mindset for continuous improvement and analyzing metrics to enhance outcomes
        • Nice to Have

          • Previous experience delivering advanced software training in a professional setting
            • Additional Information

              This role is remote with occasional travel required to Tampa FL, Fort Bragg NC, and Washington DC for meetings, training, and team events.
