Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting role for an Italian Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support and can communicate effectively in multiple languages.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver highquality support to clients in Italian and other languages through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and daytoday issues, working to resolve them promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for effective followup and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain service excellence and enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and improve service skills.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and at least one additional language (English, French, Spanish, etc.), both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
      • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a customeroriented approach.
      • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time in a fastpaced environment.
      • Proficient in using customer support tools and Microsoft Office applications.
