  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for logging and followup purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to offer informed support to customers.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service or gaming support roles is preferred.
      • A strong passion for online gaming and understanding of gaming platforms.
      • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
      • Proficiency in using live chat software and familiarity with CRM tools.
