  Our technology team works on the remotefirst model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndars offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

  • About the Position:

    As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation by creating solutions that improve the daytoday work experience of our 500+ Engineers, enabling them to deliver software faster, with greater quality and security. Your mission will be to make it simple and efficient for Engineering teams to follow best practices through the tools, processes and automation you develop.

    Seniority Level:

    We want to have as many talented people as possible in our team. So, although this position is described as “Senior Software Engineer”, you can apply even if you don’t consider yourself as a senior professional yet. It’s important to us to create a qualified talent poll and we will definitely reach out to you if we think you can add to our teams, no matter what seniority level you are today.

    Requirements

    What we are looking for someone with:

    • Strong fundamentals in core areas such as Software Architecture, AWS, Kubernetes APIs, CICD, Networking and Developer Experience.
    • • Experience developing production Golang applications, libraries, CLIs, etc to improve the Developer Experience of Engineering Teams.
      • The idea to learn and deliver real impact through highquality, datadriven, and structured software and who value worklife balance.

      • You will stand out if you have one or more of these items:

        • Proficiency in English;
        • • Previous experience in Platform teams.
          • Experience developing Developer Experience tooling, Software Testing solutions or similar.
          • Experience developer Kubernetes Operators or any other development against Kubernetes APIs would also be a bonus.
          • Experience in the Incident Management and Continuous Improvement process.
          • Knowledge and experience in AI concepts and implementation in Platform teams.
          • Knowledge and experience in Engineering Productivity metrics analysis frameworks.
          • Having participated in projects related to Knowledge Sharing for Engineering teams (creating courses, LMS platforms or something related).
