About the role:

The Commissions Manager is responsible for managing and executing the companys commission programs. This includes the accurate calculation, validation, and reporting of commissions for sales and partner teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, crossfunctional collaboration, and a deep understanding of compensation structures.

Requirements

What youll do:

  • Oversee the endtoend commission calculation, accruals and payout process for sales teams and other eligible roles.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established compensation plans.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly commission reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze trends and discrepancies; investigate and resolve issues in commission data.
  • Provide insights and forecasts related to commission expenses.
  • Act as the main point of contact for commissionrelated inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and timely responses to sales teams regarding payout calculations and disputes.

      • 3+ years of experience in commission management, sales compensation, or related financial roles.
      • Experience with commission management tools (e.g., SPIFF, Xactly, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Excel).
      • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms.
      • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
      • Experience in a SaaS environment.
