Were looking for a strategic and handson Senior Retention & Lifecycle Manager to lead how we engage, activate, and grow customer value over time. This is a critical leadership role with endtoend ownership of our lifecycle marketing engine from onboarding to churn prevention to reactivation. Youll design and deliver highimpact, datadriven journeys that increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and power our next wave of sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, analytics, call center, and growth teams and play a key role in building Renmoney’s portfolio management capabilities.
