  • About the Role

    At CoverGo, we help insurance companies and banks to make insurance 100% digital, so they can serve their customers better. We build a platform which adapts to their needs as they grow.

    Our clients want to be able to change frontend easily without needing to code it and even without being dependent on us. By adding more and more lowcode and nocode tools we allow business people to be in charge. Clients are choosing us because we can deploy everywhere and we have a modern tech stack, not a legacy system.

    At CoverGo you will solve complex customer problems and deliver solutions that people will talk about.

    What You Will Do

    • Partner directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into pixelperfect, branded UIs
    • Own endtoend design for client delivery projects and solution showcases
    • Adapt core product features and UI patterns to diverse client use cases
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and iterate rapidly
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts
    • Ensure pixelperfect visuals, smooth interactions and strict adherence to branddesignsystem standards
    • Conduct rapid usability checks and deliver valuedriving refinements on tight timelines

    • What We Need

      • At least 5+ years of experience working as a UXUI designer
      • A strong portfolio of clientfacing apps or websites
      • Proven track record of delivering highquality UIUX under client or project deadlines
      • Expert command of design systems, style guides and brand application
      • Exceptional attention to detail in visuals, microinteractions and handoff specs
      • Demonstrated structured process: research, sketching, prototyping, testing and handoff
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      • Insuranceindustry experience a bonus but not required
