π Daytoday tasks Responsibilities:
Execute HighPriority Internal Projects
β Lead strategic internal initiatives (e.g., BeforeCode.AI, marketing revamp, CRM migration).
β Translate OKRs into actionable project plans with clear deliverables.
β Propose, test, and implement improvements (e.g., automations, SOPs).
β Launch and manage internal projects (e.g., internal tools, services, systems).
2. Implement Systems & Tools
β Lead implementation of thirdparty systems (e.g., CRM, HRM, productivity tools).
β Coordinate vendor selection, onboarding, training, and rollout.
β Ensure smooth handover from implementation to daily operations.
β Customize workflows and configurations based on internal needs.
3. Manage Internal Roadmap & Ensure Execution
β Own and maintain a live list of internal priorities and initiatives.
βMonitor progress, deadlines, and risks across projects.
β Identify and resolve blockers to keep initiatives moving forward.
β Break down initiatives into tasks and manage daytoday execution.
4. Maintain Project Documentation & Provide Status Updates
β Maintain clear and uptodate documentation for all project phases and deliverables.
βPrepare weekly status reports and dashboards for leadership.
β Ensure visibility and transparency of project performance and next steps.
5. Coordinate Across Teams
β Support crossfunctional communication between teams such as Engineering, Design, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc., to ensure alignment around internal initiatives.
β Organize and lead weekly planning, syncs, and status meetings.
β Ensure interteam alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
