Your DaytoDay:
FullCycle Recruitment – Manage the endtoend hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and nontechnical roles.
Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, hightouch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market.
Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
DataDriven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience in fullcycle recruitment, covering both Technical Roles and NonTechnical roles.
Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies
Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Experience in fastpaced environments
A datadriven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
CET Timezone preferred or the willingness to be flexible when needed
Previous experience within the Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space (preferred)
