Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, focusing on SalesForce platforms.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand the system requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using various testing tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues have not affected existing functionalities.
• Work in tandem with stakeholders to understand and gather testing requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and wellstructured test plans and test cases.

• Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester on Salesforce.
  • Web App Testing and System integration testing (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Developer browser experience.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate issues and solutions with team members.
  • Proactively build test cases and understand business use cases.

  • Nice to have Qualifications

    • Handson experience with automated testing tools.
    • SOQL experience on Salesforce.
    • Knowledge of navigating within Salesforce Classic.
    • Experience or exposure to other testing tools and platforms will be a plus.
    • Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
    • Confluence experience for documentation.

    • Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
      • Advanced English Level preferred.
