Make crypto tax feel simple

Over a million users trust Koinly to turn tax chaos into clarity. Now, we need someone who can do the same with our messaging.

Were looking for a Product Marketer to own how we tell our product story through landing pages that convert, product launches that resonate, and messaging that sticks. Youll work closely with product and marketing to understand what were building, why it matters, and how to explain it clearly.

What youll be doing

This is a strategic and creative role, not a briefsin, copyout position. Youll work closely with the team to deeply understand new features, build messaging frameworks, and translate complex ideas into clear, humanfirst copy that drives action.

Own product positioning and messaging
Define how we talk about Koinly’s key features and benefits, and make sure that story is consistent across all user touchpoints, messaging, positioning, and CTAs.

Translate technical features into valuedriven copy
Understand the what, why, and who of our features and tell the story clearly.

Conduct competitive research, gather and apply customer insights
Stay on top of crypto tax competitors and industry trends ensuring our messaging is differentiated, relevant, and usercentered. Talk to users, dig into support tickets, analyze feedback and usage data to better understand our audience and shape messaging accordingly.

Lead gotomarket for new features
Collaborate with product and content to plan and execute feature launches, from messaging frameworks to launch assets like landing pages that reflect user needs and product value.

Test and iterate
Use performance data (CTR, conversions, AB tests) to improve our communication channels (email, landing pages, ads) and messaging over time.

Write across formats
Craft copy across user touchpoints. From product pages, announcements, onboarding flows to key announcements and the longform explainers


✅ What youll bring to the role

We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:

Experience and skills
  • 3+ years in product marketing, conversion copywriting, or similar in crypto, fintech, or another technical space.
  • A strong portfolio of highconverting landing pages with clear positioning and structure.
  • Advanced understanding of crypto. Youre familiar with trading, DeFi protocols, and onchain mechanics (even as a hobbyist!), and can speak the language of Web3 users and partners.
  • English must be native or nearnative; others a plus.

      • You write sharp headlines and microcopy that convert, not confuse.
      • You can simplify complexity without dumbing it down.
