Now, they’re expanding their virtual care team and seeking an experienced, credentialed Healthspan Coach to deliver high-touch, premium coaching experiences to members. This is a remote, full-time, LATAM-based contractor role with strong overlap to U.S. time zones.

Your Role:

As a Healthspan Coach, you’ll be the trusted partner for members looking to make sustainable lifestyle changes. You’ll combine live video sessions with follow-up support to guide clients in areas like nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep optimization, and long-term habit-building.

You’ll:

Lead multiple daily 30–60 minute live video coaching sessions, creating a professional and engaging on-camera experience.
Review member health data (labs, intake forms, physician notes) and work with the Healthspan Physician Consultant to develop tailored action plans.
Offer clear, motivating guidance in both spoken and written English.
Escalate medical concerns to licensed professionals when needed.
Keep detailed records to ensure continuity of care.
Stay up to date on healthspan science, coaching best practices, and emerging wellness trends.

You Bring:

10–15 years of experience in health coaching, integrative health, or wellness program delivery (NBC-HWC strongly preferred).
Broad expertise beyond nutrition — ideally including exercise physiology, psychology, or related fields.
Fluent, clear spoken English with minimal accent; strong written communication skills.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, executive clients, or concierge medicine programs is a plus.
Professional home workspace with a distraction-free, non-AI background for video calls.
Tech comfort with coaching platforms, CRMs, and wearable data.
