What Youll Do
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for a variety of roles (tech, sales, marketing, operations, etc.).
  • Work directly with clients (founders, Clevels, HR leaders) to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and longterm potential.
  • Deliver strong shortlists with insights and clear recommendations.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Maintain clean and updated records in our ATS and internal dashboards.
  • Contribute to improving internal playbooks, tools, and recruitment methodologies.
    • What Were Looking For
      • 2+ years of experience in fullcycle recruitment, ideally in agency or consulting environments.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills you know how to build trust and drive momentum.
      • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once.
      • Experience recruiting for startups or fastpaced companies
      • Organized, resourceful, and proactive a doer with strong execution.
      • Fluent in Spanish and English.
