About the Role

Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for creativity, selfexpression, and community? The Body Art Alliance (BAA)—home to the industry’s most innovative tattoo, PMU, and body jewelry brands—is hiring a Community Growth Manager to drive directtoartist sales through authentic engagement and strategic activation. This role merges community outreach with handson sales execution to scale brand presence and revenue.

As the critical bridge between sales and marketing, youll deliver fielddriven strategies that deepen our connection to artists while meeting and exceeding sales goals. This isn’t just about being part of the body art movement—it’s about fueling its growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Field Sales & Community Activation

  • Identify and engage prospective clients (tattoo studios, PMU artists, piercing professionals)
  • Drive directtoartist sales with clear monthlyquarterly targets
  • Own and grow a defined sales territory
    • InPerson Engagement

      • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions instudio
      • Host and support branded community events, workshops, and industry gatherings
        • Sales Strategy Execution

          • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that convert leads into customers
          • Generate and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools
          • Provide feedback from the field to refine product offerings and sales approaches
            • Brand Advocacy & Education

              • Educate artists and shop owners on the benefits and features of BAA products
              • Support distributors and partners to maximize reach and influence

                  • Experience in field sales, account management, or B2BB2C sales, ideally in lifestyle, beauty, or creative industries preferred, but not required
                  • Proven track record of meetingexceeding sales quotas and managing a territory
                  • Comfortable with KPIs, pipelines, and conversion metrics
                  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
